Understanding the Campaign Dashboard and Status

Understanding the Campaign Dashboard and Status

QuickMail's campaign dashboard gives you a clear overview of your campaign's performance and current status. Use it to review key stats, track progress, and spot areas that may need attention.

Analyzing Your Campaign Dashboard

Here's what you can see in each part of the dashboard and how to use it.

Campaign Stats

The campaign stats give you the overall campaign results at a glance, including the campaign's open rate, click rate, accepted connection request rate, unsubscribe rate, and bounce rate.

Detailed Campaign Stats

The detailed campaign stats give you a view of your daily performance, including stats for each campaign step.

You can filter the data by date, and choose to view the results as Percentage or Absolute values.

Campaign Progress

The campaign progress bar gives you an overview of how many leads are still in progress, have not yet started, or have already completed the campaign.

You can also see how many leads are on a specific step by clicking the drop-down button.

Campaign Warnings

Campaign warnings provide you with information on issues related to the campaign.

Some of the common campaign warnings are:

  • No new leads left to start.

This means all leads in the campaign have already started the sequence. Sending will slow down as leads complete their follow-up steps and will eventually stop once there are no more emails to send.

You can disregard this warning if you don't plan to add more leads to the campaign.

  • Campaign has email steps but no email addresses assigned.

This means that the campaign has email steps, but there's no email sender assigned. The leads will run into an error without a sender assigned.

  • Set triggers to start leads on the campaign

Triggers control when and how many leads will start the campaign.

If there are leads that have not yet started the campaign, they won't automatically start the campaign without Triggers. As a result, the campaign may not send any emails.

To start these leads automatically, make sure to add triggers to the campaign.

  • Too many leads in the Triggers

This warning appears when a campaign is set to start more than 1,000 leads. Starting too many leads at once can lead to a high volume of emails being sent, which may affect your deliverability.

If you have many senders connected to the campaign, you can usually disregard this warning, since the emails will be spread across multiple email accounts.

Still, it's best to review your settings to make sure the sending volume works for your setup.

Touches

The Touches section gives you an overview of your campaign activity, including the number of emails sent each day, LinkedIn touches, and the total number of campaign touches.

You can use the available filters to view the data based on your preferred activity type.

First Week Stats

1st week stats show clicks, opens, replies, and unsubscribes detected within the first week after the emails were sent, not the first calendar week the campaign ran. The 2nd, 3rd, 4th week, and so on show any extra engagement that came in later. So it's about how long after sending the engagement happened. You can use the available filters to view the data based on your preferred activity type.

Future Emails

Future Emails provides an estimate of how many emails are expected to be sent on upcoming days. It gives you a general idea of the campaign's expected sending volume and can help you anticipate future email activity.

Keep in mind that Future Emails does not include today's scheduled emails. The actual number of emails sent may also differ from the estimate because sending volume can be affected by several factors, such as sending limits, inbox availability, scheduling, and campaign activity.

Use Future Emails as a general estimate; it may not be an exact prediction, of future sending volume.

Advanced Analytics

Advanced Analytics gives you a deeper look at your campaign's weekly statistics.

You can filter the data by email or LinkedIn, rate or absolute values, sender and recipient providers, and different types of lead activities.
